Christopher Kolade Foundation SHE Soars Scholarship for Nigerian Students 2023

The Christopher Kolade Foundation SHE Soars Scholarship for Nigerian Program offers financial support and mentorship to female graduates of public secondary schools in Nigeria who have gained admission into a Nigerian public university. SHE Soars started in 2019, benefiting five scholars initially.

Currently, there are 24 Soars Scholars in 14 universities nationwide. The scholarships are competitive, evaluating each applicant based on outstanding academic performance and economic background. Scholars are pursuing various courses like Medicine and Surgery, Mechatronics Engineering, Physiotherapy, Aeronautics and Astronautic Engineering, Agricultural Extension, Psychology, Law, and Accounting.

Our sponsors, including women from financial, legal, SME sectors, and other industries, play a crucial role. To foster mentorship, the Foundation works on aligning scholars with sponsors whose careers relate to their courses of study.
