Diploma in Community Health (CHEW)

Admission Requirements

For JCHEW:
- Minimum of three O’ level credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Must be obtained in not more than two sittings.
For CHEW, MLT, XRT, and HIM:
- At least five O’ level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. These should also be obtained in no more than two sittings.

Method of Application

Accessing the Application Portal: Visit the MICOHEST Website and click on “Apply Now.”
Account Creation:
- Click on ‘New Application’, enter your name and a valid phone number, and click on ‘Create My Account’.
- You will then be directed to the login page.
Login Details:
- Use the phone number provided earlier as both your username and password to log in.
Completing the Application Process:
- Confirm your information, enter your phone number and email address, and then proceed to select a payment method.
- Make a payment of N5,500 using a transfer, card, USSD, or Visa QR.
Final Steps:
- After successful payment, fill in and submit your application.
- The serial number on your slip is your Application ID and login username.
- Click on “Print Application” to print it out.

Entrance Examination

Note: All applicants will be required to sit for an entrance examination.
